Huang, Min-Chang Ph.D
|
|
President Huang is a biochemistry doctorate of the
National Yang Ming University. He has served at the
Chinese Petroleum Chemical Industrial Development Co. Ltd.,
the Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center and the Biomedical Engineering Center of the Industrial Technology Research Center (ITRI), and served as the Director of the Program Office of Herbal Medicine Industry of the Department of Technology/ Ministry of Economic Affairs. He possesses plenteous experiences in the fields of production, authority and research. Besides having strong fundamentals in biochemistry, President Huang has also very profound professional abilities in regard to biotechnology developments, technology spreading, industrial and academic cooperation, business management and strategic alliances. President Huang also served as counsel to the Chinese Traditional Medicine Foundation, Asia Pacific Chinese Medicine Standards Council Member, and Chinese Medicine Foreign Accreditation Committee Member; he has broad perspectives and holds valuable experiences in the Chinese herbal industry and technology development and expansion.

Mr. Eric Shane

Mr. Shane, who has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Business Science from Taiwan University , has worked for China Petrochemical Development Corporation, Wyse Technology Taiwan LTD., and President Securities Corporation, and has more than a decade of practical experience in planning, marketing, and administration. Vice President Shane is one of the inventors/patent holders for auxiliary cancer therapy and
anti-cancer treatment. He is also in charge of execution of the ˇ§preliminary development program using traditional Chinese herbs of AT-21 extract to reduce side effects from chemical therapy of cancersˇ¨ under the project of promotion of new technology developed by medium and small businesses under the encouragement of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. He
is also the person in charge of ˇ§Medical herb international laws and regulations platform development program, strategy 5: development project of medical herb LeukoGreenˇ¨. He is well experienced in the planning, promotion and management of research and development programs. |
