Chen, Kuo-Yan, Project Manager, Innovation Dept.
Manager Chen has a bachelor degree in soil and environmental sciences of the National Chung Hsing University, master degree from the Institute of Biotechnology in Medicine, National Yang Ming University. He had worked at the R&D Department of Medigen Biotechnology Corp., devoting to the basic research and R&D of new drugs. Manager Chen is specialized in molecular biology and cell biology, and the establishment of diverse bioassay platforms for evaluating the safety and efficacy of ingredients and formulations. He is also responsible for the new product development, as well as the drafting of R & D plans and application for the intellectual properties.
   
Lee, Ryan, Manager, Business Development Dept.
Mr. Lee graduated from department of chemistry engineering, Tung-Hai University, and earned his master degree in National Tsing-Hua University. He served in research and development department of PhytoHealth Corporation, and as the special assistant to president in charge for business development and corporation from 2003 to 2006. At 2007, he was employed as the director of operation in Taiwan subsidiary of GenePharm, Inc (US). He is familiar with biotech and pharmaceutical industry, and has extensive experience and expertise in business development and operation management. Medigreen Corporation will rely on Mr. Lee¡¦s experience, assigning him for product market development, company business development, and operation strategy planning.¡C
   

Liu, Shi-Mei, assistant manager for accounting, Administration Dept.
Assistant manager Liu has a bachelor degree in business administration of the Chinese Culture University, she had worked at the PharmaEssentia Corp., Comwave International Ltd., Kou Long Texitle Co., Ltd.. Assistant manager Liu is responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping and costs accounting, operation reports, annual finance / tax report as well as planning and management of financial reports. She is specialized in costs control, enterprise tax deduction and capital management.
Lin, Mei-Ling, Manager, Audit Department
Chief auditor Lin has a bachelor degree in economics from the National Central University, she had worked previously at Taiwan Integrated Shareholder Service Company, Taiwan Surface Mounting Technology Corp., Pihsiang Machinery MFG. Co., Ltd., Feng Tay Enterprise Co., Ltd. and the Citi Bank. Chief auditor Lin has licenses and professional abilities of general tally clerk, senior operator of securities, shares operator, as well as basic ability in enterprise internal control, she is responsible for the establishment and execution of internal audit control of Medigreen Biotechology Corp., assisting the public issue, emerging securities and related operations of IPO.
